Refunds

At Maddix G, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
